Texas Photographic Society Call for Entries Payment

Thank you for entering the Texas Photographic Society's FotoTexas 2016 Photography Competition. You can use the form on this page to submit your entry fee through our online processor, Paypal (no PayPal account required). As an alternative to Paypal, click this link for instructions on how to send a check for your contest fees. The entry fee is $30 for 5 images, plus $6 for each additional image. Photographers may enter up to 10 images.

Submit Online Payment

Once your payment is complete you will be transferred to a page for uploading your contest images. Please prepare your image files according to the directions below before submitting this form.

1. When you submit this form you will be taken to PayPal to complete payment. If successful, you will be returned to the page on our site used to upload your images. Depending on internet traffic, the return to our site may require upwards of 30 seconds. Do not click away from the PayPal page or close the browser window during this time, doing so interrupts the process for uploading your image files.
2. Files should be 1200 pixels in the longest dimension, saved in JPEG format on the highest quality setting. Images should be saved in the Adobe RGB color space.
3. Label each file as FirstName_Lastname_ followed by consecutive numbers, i.e., Sam_Jones_1.jpg, Sam_Jones_2.jpg... Please include the "jpg" extension.
4. Do NOT use spaces in the file name, and do NOT use special characters such as:
   :;’”/?}{()[ ]+=*&^%$#@!
   (use only alpha-numeric characters)
5. Please prepare the following information for each image: (1) print title; (2) print process/medium; and (3) price or NFS

Please correct errors in your entries and re-submit the form.

This call for entry is open to artists of all levels internationally. You do not need to be a member of the Texas Photographic Society to enter this competition (read more about TPS member benefits). However, you may join TPS and enter this show at the same time.
